The worst-performing stock in the Nifty 50 was Mahindra & Mahindra, which fell by 2.73 percent. Hero Motocorp (down 2.12%), Tata Steel (down 1.37%), State Bank of India (down 1.12%), and Tata Motors (down 1.06%) were some of the other big winners.

During the day, the Bank Nifty hit a high of 51,877.15 and a low of 51,456.2 before ending the day at 51,553.4. Bank Nifty saw a 1.34% rise last week, but a 1.91% drop over the past month. It was IFB Industries (up 9.61%), Capri Global Capital (up 7.87%), Hitachi Energy India (up 6.83%), PCBL (up 6.61%), and SIS (up 6.45%) that did the best on the BSE. Clara Industries (down 9.60%), Aegis Logis (down 7.36%), KRBL (down 7.35%), Hikal (down 6.46%), and Teamlease Services (down 6.24%) were our top five losses.
While the NSE was going up, Hitachi Energy India went up by 6.83%, PCBL went up by 6.64%, Lloyds Metals & Energy went up by 6.36%, and Aster DM Healthcare went up by 6.09%.
